“Kindness” is a song I wrote from my heart – may we live Kindness always. It isn’t always easy as we interact in this world, but I find that keeping my heart flying above the chaos helps me to see how much everyone needs love and kindness.
There is a lot of fear and pain in the world causing people to react out of their own fear. I know from my own experiences of losing dear loved ones and helping to comfort some of them through their process of dying over months and years that LOVE is all we really have and need. To give and receive love, to live in happiness and harmony, to have good health, to make the best of the health we have, and to cherish living our best quality of life with gratitude in heart and mind.
My little CD is titled "Love Is All That Matters" – one of the songs is "Kindness."

Fourteen fresh tracks were begun in 1993 when Lon and Consti created their studio at Angel’s Ranch. “Secret Heart of Heaven” features work by Dave Foreman and Myron Settle when they stopped in while on tour with Boyz to Men. The title track, “Love Is All That Matters” includes a spiritual gathering, typical of Lon and Consti’s sharing. That night, friends spontaneously sang the chorus. Consti relives a dream where “Paradise turned into dust, she gave her life in living trust”.
